FA Favour Abaye

hi, I’m Favour —

Customer Support Virtual Assistance Administrative Support

Customer support, virtual assistance, and a little less everyday chaos. I help keep the inbox organised, the calendar in check, and the little details from slipping through the cracks.

a little about me

A little about the person behind the tabs.

I’m a Business Administration student at the University of the People, building my path in customer support and virtual assistance.

Volunteering in my church’s sales unit taught me how much a good experience depends on the little things: clear answers, accurate records, a quick fix when something goes wrong, and a friendly follow-up. I helped customers find what they needed, kept the sales records (first in a notebook, later on the computer) and helped the bookshop manager reconcile sales and cash.

Since then I’ve been building hands-on skills in the everyday work of remote support: email, scheduling, task tracking and customer records. Now I’m looking for opportunities to put them to work.

Outside the Tabs

  • Reading: fiction and novels; a good story is my favourite way to switch off.
  • Baking: trying new recipes, one careful step at a time, with tasty results (most of the time).
  • Asian dramas: Korean and Chinese dramas, where “just one episode” is rarely just one episode.
  • Football: always happy to watch a match, and yes, Messi is my GOAT.
